It's not fair... why should we have to work so hard and think so much? Don't you think the rise of Christian fundamentalism in the US is in some ways a reflection of a larger "cultural" phenomenon. I'm thinking about "instant gratification"... you can have what you want, now, without any requirement to wait for it, think or work hard. It's like the McDonald's of religion. No long wait, ready right away, you don't have to cook or prepare or do the dishes. I feel for you, brother! It’s not fair… why should we have to work so hard and think so much?
